What are the differences between copper wire motor and aluminum wire motor? How to identify? In fact, it's not difficult for us to distinguish from the principle of metal.
1. Because the resistance of the aluminum wire with the same area is higher than that of the copper wire, if we want to obtain the same current in the operation of the motor, we must increase the cross-sectional area of the aluminum wire, and we will find that its diameter will increase intuitively.
2. Due to the different physical properties of different metals, aluminum wire can not have the same good tensile property as copper wire, and the aluminum wire of the motor with the same power is relatively thicker.
3. In order to obtain the same working capacity, the wire diameter of aluminum wire should be thickened and the winding should be increased. The original design of the trunking is not enough to meet the needs of complete inlay. The outer diameter and thickness of the stator need to be increased in order to enlarge the trunking.
